These 3 stretches are targeting the same spot. I’m giving you three ways to do it so you can find which one works best for you! 🧎🏼‍♂️

The Piriformis muscle when tight can mimic Sciatica or pain, tingling, or numbness going down the back of your leg. 🦵🏽A tightened Piriformis can also cause low back or pelvic pain as it is a powerful hip and pelvic stabilizer. It is also one of our sit muscles. With so many roles, it’s no wonder that we find it to be the cause of someone’s symptoms so commonly in our office.
