With the world🌎slowly beginning to open back up in phases, many of us will be returning to work soon👨💼. This video highlights stretches you can do while sitting at your desk if you experience tightness or pain in your back or neck at work. I recommend doing these stretches once an hour as a micro-break from your work. The best part is with this small movement routine you don’t even need to leave your chair! I still recommend getting up and taking a lap around the office if you can, but this is great for when you are in the middle of a big project and just need a quick stretch.
